ICRA’s vision is one of people and organisations working and learning together to improve rural innovation and hence rural livelihoods. Our mission is therefore to build capacity for such collective action – what we call ARD.

To achieve this goal of improving rural livelihoods, we have developed our strategy around 6 inter-related objectives. These are described in more detail as “desired outcomes”.
