Timothée Coulibaly has a Master in Psychology of the Ecole Normale Supérieure in Bamako (ENSup) and an MSc in Decentralisation and Economic Management and Project Management of Local Development from the University Institute of Territorial Development ( IUDT ), University of Bamako, is ongoing.
Timothée has 15 years of managing experience in a development NGO and extensive experience of working with bilateral and multilateral cooperation agencies and international NGOs. His fields of expertise are design and coordination of development projects; organization and facilitation of workshops and various forums on decentralization, local development, food security, participation / representation; training and advice to support community-based organizations; institutional and organizational strengthening.
Since 2001, Timothée Coulibaly is Executive DirectorTrainer at NGO SABA (Solidarité pour l'Autopromotion à la Base), Bamako, Mali in which he was a coordinator of projects since 1996.The NGO executed about more than thirty projects and activities in more than six regions of Mali, and achieved a varied range of actions.
For ICRA he is involved in the "Strengthening professional training capacity project" at the University of Ségou, Mali.
