Trainer in Lesotho project


Based in:

Masters degree in Adult Education from the University of Zimbabwe. Professional nurse.


Specific areas of expertise are design, development and delivery of adult education in community and rural development, HRM, strategic program development, training of trainers in participatory methods, gender awareness training, farmer-market links, change management, development of partnerships, etc.


Colletah Chitsike was ICRA's Southern Africa Representative from 2010 till 2014. She was then based in South Africa and working closely with the Agricultural Technology Transfer Academy (ATTA) of the ARC.
Presently she is based in Zimbabwe and involved in the ICRA input in the "Strengthening the national agricultural research and extension system of Lesotho" project 


Colletah previously worked with the Zimbabwe Council Of Churches, OXFAM GB and NOVIB in Southern Africa and with CIAT (Center for International Tropical Agriculture) as the Capacity Building and Learning Management Specialist in Africa. The fields she worked in covered Community development and organisational development, and Capacity Building and Learning Management.
